same to me recently...

my compressor is horrible took 3 cool downs and 15 mins to fill two small dolly tires. I was thinking of doing that, but with my luck once i remove the spare ill get a flat a week later and be screwed... I gotta take a look under the front bumper as someone suggested and see if i have space...

Ill have to give that a look... thanks when there in the rear dose it have a large effect on the sound ?

I was thinking about putting the tank where the old horns were, it looks like it should be big enough but i have measured it out... I feel like the bumpers are to flimsy to handle it ?

I check my oil level every month(ish) it doesn't seem to be a problem... however, i did get my engine completely replaced (2010) due to the prior owner NEVER changing the oil (put about 65,000 on it)... I would assume there could be a whole list of problems that could of occurred during that...

tire pressure i know is good. Alignment i would be able to feel a pull when I let go of the wheel right? and how would i go about checking the thermo?

in response to pretty much everyone (b/c your all getting much better milage) what could be some issues that cause such poor mpg (10.8)... :confused:

After seeing a thread for the v6 engines I was curious to know what people with the 5.3 are getting. My dash says im getting 10.8. Im doing mostly city and a little highway about 80/20. I drive semi fast, always like to here humm of the cai.:thumbsup: Is this the normal milage you guys are...

Im to young to be doing silly stuff like saving money:biggrin: im sure it will come bite me in the ass at some point in life but whats money if you dont spend it. I put into a statistical ratio $/enjoyment and im pretty sure ill get my enjoyment out of it.:yes:

Looks and seems like it would lead to performance gains but a little to deep of a mod for me ya know... I dont know much and dont wanna majorly f up my truck... wish i new enough to perform this :hissyfit:
