have you confirmed that your idler pulley bearings are ok ? It sounds like a bearing to me. Or, I know you said you changed the belt, but did the parts guy give you the correct belt. Hope you sort it out

Ensure that your thermostat is allowing the engine to fully warm up. If the computer thinks the engine is below normal operating temp then extra fuel gets used trying to heat up the engine.

I double nutted mine after 2-3 times of coming loose. Even lost one of the nuts on the front right Ended up after only 2 years replacing them (worn out again) with Maxx links They come with a nylon locking nut. That might be the solution for those that keep fighting the loose end links....go...

Problem here is not the sway bar end links. You have a number of issues that need to be looked at. -tie rod ends -alignment -tire pressures -ball joints should be checked again as well Then afterwards, I look for some replacement tires
