How long should it be able to sit.....battery losing charge.

You might try one of those small solar panels that sit on the dashboard and plug into the cigarette lighter. ?Assuming you dont park in a garage

    Better fuel economy

Ensure that your thermostat is allowing the engine to fully warm up. If the computer thinks the engine is below normal operating temp then extra fuel gets used trying to heat up the engine.

Older thread BUT REALLY A BIG HELP.....thank you Started this wonderful job this morning at 9am and not proud to say I stopped working at 6pm -written instructions above are very helpful but the job itself is a real bear My "brackets" holding the lines are some pretty serious brackets. They...

    p0300

Hi and thanks for the suggestion. I might just have a look at Ebay. Warranty? here in Canada automotive electronics carry at best a 6 month exchange policy unless you have them installed at a shop. Then they will extend the warranty further....but you end up paying 3x or even 4x more for the...

    p0300

Hello, just limped home with what turned out to be P0301 code -swapped out coil number one and i'm back in business. After reading the posts above I have decided to replace the spark plugs to eliminate that from the cause list. My question is about the coils. I had one of the stock ones fail in...

    Kinda stranded

I see this thread is a few days old now, but something to throw in the mix is the Accelerator Pedal Sensor that you keep exchanging. There are known issues with certain brands of aftermarket pedal assemblies. I changed my pedal sensor to get rid of a "clunk" sound and went through 2 replacement...

    Sway Bar Links Clunking

Problem here is not the sway bar end links. You have a number of issues that need to be looked at. -tie rod ends -alignment -tire pressures -ball joints should be checked again as well Then afterwards, I look for some replacement tires

    Sway Bar Links Clunking

Hole is bigger than the bolt..? That sounds like a new issue with the famous sway bar end link issue. Does it look worn? Or is the replacement joint simply a smaller dia bolt? Other than a sleeve around the bolt I can't think of a decent way to fix that proble. I recently received my Maxx units...

    Sway Bar Links Clunking

Are the Suspension Maxx links still available? The web site seems to have deleted Trailblazer from the application listings. Am I missing something? My links were replaced 2 years ago and I noticed that the RF has started to clunk a little. The back plate that the grease joint screws into is...
