is it just the 4 bolts that you have to remove to access it? Can I keep it powered so I can get an idea of what might be broken

the power seat on my 2005 TB will not move up or down when I try to move it I can hear the motor. The seat moves forward and backwards. there is plenty of info on how to fix a seat that dosen't move back and forth, but I can;t find anything about seats that don't move up and down

The defroster in my 2005 tb is not working. I have checked the voltage at the leads and I am getting different readings that range from 14 volts to 3 volts. I have checked the boot where the wires come through the lift gate, but cant get the boot off completely in order to see if there is any...
