Thanks for the reply. I had no problem finding the Fet on Mouser for $5.69 plus shipping. Just added it to my already started weekly order. Any ideas on the #201 ground?

Had saved the old control unit. Dissassembled it to remove the bad Fet. The heatsink compound is in really bad shape dried out thus helping with the demise of the semiconductor.
