My question I guess is about this mod is will it corrected if mpgs if the dtc is causing it to run more on the rich side or will it just keep the dtc from coming back? Sorry to sound not car smart...I am pretty car smart was just wondering!

Its uses a little bit of oil every couple months I'll have to add a quarter to half quart! No exhaust leaks from what I can see and hear the truck runs very quiet! Mileage is bout 120k and the catalytic converter I replaced with a Magnaflow cat!

I just did the a tune up changed the oil cleaned the throttle body plugs are AC Delco Irdiums! The cat is only a year old the O2s two weeks old I went to a AC DELCO dealer and he pulled out of the box and it was NTK O2 so idk what else to do? Thank you Matt for your response!

Ok I have a 02 TB the issue I am having is I keep getting DTC code p0 420 and I am playing the catalytic converter with a Magnaflow converter and replace both o2 sensors with NTK oxygen which are manufacturer replacement in some of the trailblazers so the problem is I keep getting the DTC code...

No one else has any info? Is it possible that the flasher relay may have weakened causing this to happen?

headlights are on which we don't use them during the day so that leaves me clueless on what is going on why were they working for over a week they worked and now all the sudden they're not! I do not know what else to check like I said I've checked every few fuse possible and they're all good...
