Bottom line. ...connector between battery and alternator wires loose. Easily pulled out. Replacement puts all wires in the same harness. Now we're on to bigger stuff! [emoji1] [emoji2] [emoji3]

Hear I go again! Replaced MAP, coolant sensor and cam shaft sensor. Put alternator back on...NO VOLTAGE! UGH! Had battery checked, alternator checked all ok, except no voltage. According to Advanced, alternator would show as bad not just no voltage. Any ideas? :confused: :crazy:

Similar problem for me. Overheating. New T-stat, water pump. A/C never got warm. Just got a coolant temperature sensor, but where is it? Lots of different locations found on line.Right block behind alternator, left block above t stat. Sure could use a little help with the how to and the where...

Puzzling.... Recently replaced fan clutch, t-stat, water pump, belt. Immediately after....alternator went and killed battery. Replaced alternator, replaced battery, Dash lights on, radio lights on, dim headlights, no dome light, key fob not working, radio theft blinking, manual lock on door...

Hi 6716 and Ed, I run Mobile 1 full synthetic. Cam phaser replaced 2 years ago at about 140,000 miles. Took it out and cleaned it at 165,000. checked screens, all intact. Took it back to mechanic to check further and he replaced it again at 166,000. I run Seafoam in the fuel tank periodically...

My android won't work with this one. Doesn't work with 4.0 and above. Any others you are aware of? I don't have bluetooth in my car.
