checked for blown fuses? Had similar issue in another vehicle. turned out to be an electrical short in the compressor clutch coil.

suggest you get underneath it ASAP and check the shifter cable attachment to the gear select lever. It's held together with a cheap plastic bushing, which will eventual crack/fail and leave you stranded. Suggest you replace it with a custom made metal pin from ATFSpeed.com 92-09 Chevrolet...

Learned the hard way that 2002 and 2004 TB front end sway links are not the same length.

How are you supposed to torque the fan clutch nut? Can only tighten it with a crescent wrench.
