Sorry for another 5.3 newbie question. Surprised at how deep you have to dig to get the oil dipstick. Tranny stick is fine. Anyone created or found a source for a longer stick....meaning just the part with finger grab above the o-ring. Sure would be nice.

Excellent post! My prior air suspension experience with the 03 SLT XL was bad and expensive so went with conventional springs and never looked back. This time around with the new-to-me 08 Denali I will consider your approach if my compressor doesn't blow first. Thanks.

Looking for a better setup than factory to carry one or more kayaks. I've done it as-is with my retired Voy but the Denali deserves something better. Ideally, cross members should extend beyond the rails and be "blade shaped" for better appearance. Thanks.
