Sorry gentlemen, no joy. It definitely doesn't work on anything Gen IV, and from what I can tell, no Trailvoy prior to 07 came with a PO1 or P59.

Hey, that's me! I haven't owned a TB or posted here in a while lol, but I can certainly give it a whirl on a Trailvoy. If I'm not mistaken, my 07 5.3 Trailblazer had an e40 ECM, I don't believe any of the Trailvoys used a P01 or P59 ECM.

My resonator has been gone for so long, sometimes I see other TB's in traffic and wonder why in the hell they put their muffler back there, then I remember lol. I haven't ever had any smell.

Jeremy did a great job on my tune. I was really happy with it. It tows ok, it's no diesel, but it can haul another vehicle around if you keep it out of OD and keep your speed down.

I don't know the specs on the CTS cam, or what you're trying to do with the TB. But I do know that just because you ordered the DOD kit, doesn't mean you HAVE to install it until you're ready.. I just have my DOD turned off in the tune, maybe when it's nicer out I'll do a cam and lifter...
