It looks like Iowa is going to be a hotbed of activity tomorrow :

Member Voymom is spotter and ham in Iowa. I wonder if she will be out there on mothersday.

We have a traveling softball tourney tom just outside Des Moines. Have to be there at 8 in morn. We will be watching out, but if you have any info for us.. don't hesitate to pm me. I use tapatalk so get notifications instantly.

I will try for sure. Today the risk area is greatest in East NE, Central/West IO, North MO, and North East KS. Usually the storms will start at 4pm ish but could be earlier or later as conditions allow. However it looks today that it will be early in IO.

How is your travels going see anything good if so post some pics we had about 5 min of rain and a cold snap that is about it

My Chase Partner and I drove to Beatrice, NE to start the day yesterday when the storm popped up in eastern Nebraska. We drove like the dickens to get there along with pretty much every other storm chaser in the country it seemed including the TIV and the Dominator. I have Camcorder, Stills and GoPro video from the chase. This storm was likely the biggest we have ever been on and it did have a tornado in it (it hit Sutton, NE) but it was rain wrapped from our angle.

Teaser still from the GoPro footage since it is the only thing I have on my computer atm as we drove 17hrs to get home because I have to work today at 7am. I will post up more on our site etc once I sift through the stuff. We put 3400 miles on the truck in 3 days and I am a tad bit exhausted. Ignore that bug too, he's stuck on there good
