Anyone know what type of aftermarket brackets would work for this guard for a 05 trailblazer. Thanks in advance.

Unless you can source some brackets made by the manufacturer of that grille guard, you're probably out of luck. No one makes many accessories for this platform anymore.

Try a local machine shop. We had a friendly shop owner in town that would look at your problem. Sometimes he could fabricate a part or give advice. Worth a shot.
