Electronic Brake Control Module

I get an Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) in that does not work properly from a friend.
Have understood that there may be poor solder points that may be the cause.
Where are the solder points that are most likely bad?
Is there any way to test drive it on the bench before I send it back ?

It is one of the larger solder joints. When I fixed one I just reflowed all larger solder joints in the whole unit to be sure I got them. I must have gotten it because it worked when I was done.
