P1221,P1481

I'm having an issue with a P1221,P1481, and P1345 SES and REP. I've replace the throttle body and pedal assembly and put a newer thermal clutch fan on but I'm still getting the same codes what other issue should I be looking for. I know that not having the electronic clutch fan installed is throwing the P1481.

Could be something with the 5V reference circuit, which is common to all these. Download the manuals and check the wiring schematics to test the 5V line at each of these components.
