sorry it is 2005 ext 4x4 68,000 I have tried from front by gear shift also from rear everything seems to work ie blower changes speed onls problem is I turn the temp all the way down 60 front is super cold but the rear the vents in the headliner are warm/hot this just started the rear used to be as cool as the front so I'm confused as to what the problem could be a/c is not my thing lol thanksI didn't see your vehicle info filled out in your profile so I (and everyone else) is flying blind. A lot more info is needed.
Is it safe to assume you've got a LWB truck? If so, are you operating the rear system from the front controls by the gear shifter? Or is the temp not responding to the changes made on the rear control module? The more details you can provide, the better help we can give you.![]()
Sounds like your rear temperature actuator may have gone belly up. You'll need to remove the passenger side cargo panel to access it. Borrowed this pic from the Roadie

where is the hvac B fuse? thanksMaybe try a system reset first. Pull the hvac B fuse for a minute, put it back and start the engine. Don't touch any of the controls for a couple minutes while it relearns the actuators.
where is the hvac B fuse? thanks
