sway bar links

hello today i just got raybestos sway bar links but i noticed that the part number is not the same the first was
545-1468 the second 545-1467 is that ok ?

second question why the grease plug is not installed on the links and on the instructions says DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL GREASE ?? what the point of that ?

The two sides are different. They save $0.10 by making you install the Zerk fitting. They don't trust the average goofball to not overgrease it on installation - if it's pre-greased, you just need the fitting when you re-grease it.
