Yes and it`s as rare as the rear spoiler. I have one but it`s for an Envoy (GMC). No I`m not selling it as I want to figure a way to cover the GMC with a Bowtie and use it. Or better, figure a way to get a 3D scan of it and have some made with a 3D printer.
Anyway, here`s a thread about it. Might be able to find one on Evilbay?

It's strange that the panel does not fit the opening in the bumper.

Anyway, this post caused me to look at my 2008. Related to Mooseman's effort, my 2008 hitch sits fairly proud of the bumper like that shown in the pictures above. It would have been great if it would have been more recessed. I am going to try using a piece of an old air deflector and attach it to a c class hitch plug. I could make it over lap the bumper in some form but it would stick out significantly at various points.... or cut it down to similar size as the type posted by mooseman. Not sure if either will look "OK" but the covering of the rusted hitch is the "objective". Of course, cleaning up the rusted hitch wouldn't hurt.
