Weird AC issue

Just started the other day. Wife gets in and no AC, nothing, like it's off. Comes home and tells me, I go out and cycle it by pressing the off then Auto and it starts working. Works correctly once it comes on. Today same thing. What's going on? I'm guessing a relay but that's purely a guess. Some pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to troubleshoot if power cycling it fixes it. Relay is easy to swap with any other identical one in the fuse block. Could be low pressure from a leak (not likely if the performance is good) or a flaky low pressure cutoff switch. Those are relatively cheap and easy to replace without any special AC tools or gauges. Been discussed often enough the threads are easy to search for.
