Will this harness work with these lights?

Okay so I'm pretty bad with this stuff. I got 2 of these lights on the way http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004L0AAQY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and just one of these harnesses http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BYFWCYW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 will this all work togrther?!

I ask b/c each light is 100watts & the wiring says 130watt. Don't really understand it much & in my mind 2 100watt bulbs = 200 which is more than 130..didn't know if that meant anything.
