    Trailer hitch cover panel.

I definitely want the GMC panel. Is this the panel that's semi-impossible to acquire?

    Trailer hitch cover panel.

It's strange that the panel does not fit the opening in the bumper. Looks like a square peg in a round hole.

    Trailer hitch cover panel.

For the 2006 Trailblazer LT, I'm looking for a rear bumper cover panel, for the hitch cutout. Anyone know this part?

    Frame repair rust damage

I thought that I updated this thread. But obviously not. This frame went to a local welding shop and it was repaired there. I wanted to do the work, but realized that it was just way too much for a beginner.

What did you do to your GMT today? [Part II]

Wow, not cheap. How is it working?

TB "totaled" due to a fender bender.

I just accepted the 3,500 payout. So I'm keeping the vehicle. And there's no changes to the title, because it's too old for that. Only newer vehicles (8 years old and less) get a title change.

TB "totaled" due to a fender bender.

I was told that the salvage value was 850.

TB "totaled" due to a fender bender.

I call it "frame horns" for lack of a better term. It's the frame sections from the rear most crossmember back. That's the most obvious issue. The rest of the frame forward of that was just rebuilt, so it might be very square. It goes down the road fine. The body is a bit tweaked. The gaps...

TB "totaled" due to a fender bender.

Man down!!! I was pulling out of the driveway, and was hit in the passenger side rear fender. It moved the trailer hitch (so the rear frame horns) a good distance to the drivers side. Progressive ins. said it's totaled and offered $4,500 to take it off my hands, and about $3,500 if I want to...

    Dad's Silverado over revving?

I've come to realize that it's a real work truck. Not meant for use as a daily. My father bought it new after he retired and then got involved in humanitarian work, He would travel with a team of volunteers to anyplace there was a big hurricane or flood or tornado. They worked to help those...

    Dad's Silverado over revving?

Ran a few errand and took it to work for 2 days. Easy driving and never exceeding the speed limit. Fuel economy represents 100 miles of mixed driving. (Mostly highway at 64 mph.)

    Dad's Silverado over revving?

There's no door jam sticker, and I think that's just wrong... But there's this sticker in the glove box.

    Dad's Silverado over revving?

Just checked the window sticker. It has 4.10 rear axle ratio. Not sure if that matters, the revs still seem too high.

    Dad's Silverado over revving?

The TB is at the shop for exhaust work so I'm borrowing my father's 2500 HD. Shouldn't the RPM's be lower at this speed, cruising on a flat highway?

    Tesla Tru... What?

If you get hit by a truck, it's not going to be good. Not sure the shape of the truck matters.
