I will get some night pics tonight! Just finished the Cap mod as well...that went a lot easier then i thought lol...Think i took more time searching for the right size socket to remove the seat nut then it did to solder the wires to the capacitor to give it more reach and to splice the wire in! Thanks once again Dmanns for the parts to make that mod possible.

No problem man. Us members are here to help each other. Glad I could assist helping to satisfy your mod bug. Very quick mod, I think it took me around 20 min start to finish, but I did not do any soldering.

You should have no problems seeing at night on your patrols now. Did you happen to pick up the 880 or 9005 Cree LEDs? Maybe you could pick up one of those 42" LED light bars. I think it was somewhere around 22,500 lumens. No one would be able to hide from you then :rotfl:

Do any of you guys have a Pontaic Grand Am. Just wondering.

I believe BoricuaSS has a 2001 Grand Prix GT. I believe the Prix is an upgraded model of the AM.

I only picked up 9006s this go around but im giving some serious thought towards the idea of swapping to an 06+ LT bumper and SS grille if i can find one. If i do go that route i will be getting OE fogs to go in the LT bumper and do LEDs in them as well but control them with a toggle switch vs the OE set up which will allow me to run them in either HI or Low beams. On that note next on the list will be the Quad beam mod, and yea...there will be more then likely a 24" dual row LED light bar and a pair of Rigid Dually lights on a piece of quick strut on the roof in the near future.

Grand Am and Grand Prix are two seperate models. the Grand Am is a mid size sedan and the Grand Prix is closer to full size.

I used to have a 03 Malibu. Pretty much the same thing. I put almost 100k miles on it and sold it for $700 with 200k on the odometer.

It was involved in 3 hail storms and my friends called it the "Golf Ball"

I have a 2003 Grand AM and I have a terrible time navigating the GAownersclub.com forum. It almost seems like what trailvoy has turned into.

I used to use 60degreev6.com. Don't know if it's still around anymore. Used to be decent.

Holy crap I need to get me one of these. Great find Hypnotoad .

The TorquePro compliments the ELM327 OBDII scanner well. I think the paid version is $4.99.

I bought the same part from amazon for $9.65 from China. Took 6weeks to arrive though :rotfl:

Figured the cost was worth the loss. Works great. I also ordered it two weeks before Christmas though.
But was that including shipping? These ones come straight from China also.

Check this one out. It has the torque app logo, which I think is the only difference between the other one I referenced. Except it costs $10 more.

Just found this one too. Same thing, different price.

Yes sir. And according to what little Chinese I know, it paid for custom/import taxes too with a claimed value of $9.60, $9.65.

I almost bought one for $13 or something but I searched EVERYWHERE and figured when it came it would be a surprise. It was.

I figure I can order 8 of them before I lose out on a nicer tool. Hasn't given me any issues yet. I don't drive with it in all the time

Dmanns, she said she wanted to go to Wal-Mart. I took a pic of an oil jug, mobil1 full synthetic, and asked if she wanted to take the TB to get some gas. Empty house.

Last winter I didn't pull the battery from my Camaro and it died after 2 months. Like, totally dead, nearly 0 volts. It finally took a charge after hours on a trickle charger, and it did work all last summer. Figured it would be totally shot this year though, so I didn't bother pulling it again for the winter.

Well, the snow finally had all melted off the windshield and I noticed the alarm light was still blinking after 4 months of sitting. So I tried to start it, and it fired right up! Wow. This battery is a member of the undead I guess. Totally didn't expect that at all.

Hey hey hey everybody.... Lonnnnnng time.... How are ya whores?

I want a Reg Cab WT 4x4 Sierra, even the WT trim is still very nice for a truck.
